Teams at Accops, Tensech, and CyberCube.co lead with Momentum
One source of truth for how your workforce actually operates
Momentum is a workforce intelligence platform. A lightweight agent captures activity signals across devices, and our engine turns them into clear, fair, role-aware insight — productivity, attendance, endpoint security, AI adoption, and burnout risk, rolled into one Organization Health Score.
No spreadsheets. No guesswork. Just a living picture of your organisation, updated in real time and built to respect the people inside it.
Leaders are flying blind on their most expensive asset
The average knowledge worker loses over half their day to fragmented attention and tool-hopping — invisible to most leaders.
Status meetings and gut feel replace evidence. Hybrid work made the real picture even harder to see.
Decisions about headcount, tooling, and workload deserve data — not anecdotes from the loudest voice in the room.
From raw signal to confident action — in three moves
A lightweight, transparent agent records activity signals across devices — with the privacy controls you configure.
Our engine scores focus, classifies deep vs shallow work, and surfaces patterns and drift across every team.
Managers coach with evidence, balance workloads, and protect deep work — measurably, week over week.
Five surfaces. One honest picture of the workforce
Desktop agents on Windows, macOS, and Linux stream activity into five tightly connected views — from one person's minute-by-minute day to the whole organisation's risk and health picture.
Replay any workday, minute by minute
Every user gets a chronological day view that starts at first login. A green-and-red strip shows exactly when they were active or idle, while the Time Summary breaks the day into Productive, Non-Productive, and Unmarked time. App Usage — including offline apps — and Input Statistics like mouse clicks and keystrokes complete the picture.
A performance summary anyone can read in ten seconds
The Activity view distills a day into what matters: when work started and finished, active desk time against the hours you expected, and a single productivity score. Managers get an honest signal; individuals get a fair mirror of their own day.
The whole organisation, one health score
One Organization Health Score rolls up productivity, attendance, security, and AI adoption into a single 0-100 read, backed by KPIs for total members, present and absent, and average productive time. Spot top performers and underperformers, compare departments, see the most productive and non-productive apps, and drill into a master user grid with live agent status.
Your rules decide what counts as productive
Classify every app as Productive, Non-Productive, or Unmarked with global rules — then let departments override them, because a design tool means something different in Engineering than in Finance. Set workday hours, expected desk hours, target productive hours, and the thresholds behind every score.
Every device, one risk view
Required posture checks, data-movement visibility, and per-machine resource consumption roll into one fleet view — so IT sees which devices need attention and which hardware needs right-sizing, without babysitting a separate tool. Every finding is a plain comparison against a release catalogue, never an inferred CVE score.
Everything you need to lead an intelligent workforce
Real-time KPIs across every team, role, and location — present, focused, and at-risk, at a glance.
Live in/out, working hours, last-seen, and automatic attention alerts for anyone who needs a check-in.
Weekly heatmaps, daily trends, and deep-work vs shallow-work breakdowns that actually mean something.
See where focus really goes by category, with window-level detail and your own productive/unproductive rules.
Hour-by-hour activity, productivity scoring, and trends for fair, supportive one-on-ones.
Adoption percentage, department spread, and weekly trend for the AI assistants your teams actually use.
After-hours patterns and no-break streaks rolled into one risk index that flags people before they quit.
Device posture checks and data-movement visibility, rolled into one fact-based fleet risk view.
Aggregate-first, consent-aware, and audit-ready — monitoring your people will actually accept.
See every team in motion — without watching anyone
A single live board shows who's present, who's in deep focus, and who might need a check-in — scored fairly, cross-checked against security and burnout signals, and updated in real time.
One lightweight agent. Every desktop in your fleet
Momentum ships native agents for all three desktop platforms — and gives IT full control of the machine lifecycle, from first registration to remote uninstall.
Silent MSI rollout through your existing MDM or GPO. The agent runs as a lightweight daemon and survives restarts and upgrades.
Notarised package with managed permission profiles. Native on Apple silicon, invisible in the dock, gentle on the battery.
Deb and RPM builds for the major distributions. Same signal quality for engineering teams living in the terminal.
The agent installs and the machine appears in Settings → Machines as Pending — nothing is captured until you decide.
Approve machines one by one, reject the ones you don't recognise, or switch on auto-approval once rollout is routine.
Watch per-device CPU and memory in Resource Usage, read Daemon, Installer, Task Scheduler, and Upgrade logs when something looks off.
Disable agent login for a leaver in one click, or remotely uninstall the agent — no desk visit, no IT ticket.
Workforce intelligence teams actually keep — not the kind they fight
Aggregate-first reporting and consent-aware collection mean your people accept it — not resent it.
A lightweight agent deploys through your existing MDM and produces real insight the same day.
Every score is contextual and role-aware, built to hold up in a one-on-one and a works council.
40+ integrations tie focus to the tools where work actually happens — no manual logging.
SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR alignment, SSO/SCIM, and regional data residency out of the box.
We measure success by protected focus and better decisions — not surveillance theatre.

Everything teams ask before they roll out
From what the agent captures to who sees whose data — the straight answers. If yours isn't here, the full FAQ goes deeper.
Browse the full FAQWhat exactly does the desktop agent capture?+
Activity signals: which apps are in use (including offline apps), active vs idle periods, and input statistics like mouse clicks and keystrokes. That raw signal is classified against your own Productive / Non-Productive / Unmarked app rules — Momentum never decides what counts as work; you do.
Can different departments have different productivity rules?+
Yes. Global app rules set the baseline, and each department can override them — so a social platform can be Productive for Marketing and Non-Productive for Finance, and every score reflects that context.
How do machines get onto the platform?+
Every newly installed agent registers as Pending in Settings → Machines. Admins approve or reject each device — or enable auto-approval — and can later disable agent login or remotely uninstall without touching the machine.
What defines the productivity score, and the Organization Health Score?+
Your configuration defines the productivity score — workday hours, expected desk hours, target productive hours, office start and end times, and your thresholds. The Organization Health Score rolls that score up alongside attendance, security posture, and AI adoption into one 0-100 read for the whole org.
How does Momentum track AI adoption and burnout risk?+
AI adoption reads which AI assistants are active and how usage spreads across departments week over week. Burnout risk blends after-hours activity, days over ten hours, and no-break streaks into a single risk index per person — both are separate, opt-in signals alongside your productivity and attendance data.
We run multiple companies. Can one Momentum handle that?+
That's what multi-tenancy is for. Each organisation runs as its own tenant with its own users, departments, app rules, and settings, and you can switch between organisations with the tenant selector — data stays cleanly separated per tenant.
