We believe focus is the scarcest resource in modern work
enrichme.ai builds tools that make the invisible work visible — fairly. Momentum is our answer to a simple question: how do you help teams do their best work without treating people like suspects?
The story so far
Every milestone tested the same thesis: visibility and dignity are not a trade-off — they compound.
The founding team leaves enterprise-monitoring roles convinced the category is broken. enrichme.ai is founded around one constraint: build workforce analytics we would accept pointed at our own screens.
The Momentum desktop agent goes GA on Windows, macOS, and Linux — under two percent CPU, offline-tolerant, and transparent about every signal it collects. Dashboards ship with individual detail off by default and self-visibility on for every employee, so the product earns trust before it earns adoption.
Multi-tenant orgs, SSO, and audit logs now hold up in BPO and enterprise rollouts alike — on the same fair defaults we started with. The thesis hasn't changed: the monitoring people accept is the monitoring that works.
What we stand for
We surface what matters and aggregate the rest. Dignity is a design constraint, not an afterthought.
Every metric is built to be defensible, contextual, and as fair to the individual as to the org.
We measure success by the focus we help protect and the better decisions leaders make — not screenshots.
How we think about monitoring
Four rules govern every feature we ship. If a capability breaks one of them, it doesn't ship — no matter how many prospects ask for it.

A remote company that eats its own dashboard
We run Momentum at enrichme.ai — same aggregate views, same self-visibility, same rules we ask customers to adopt.
Help us build the fair version of this industry
We hire people who care that monitoring can be honest. Remote-first roles across engineering, design, and go-to-market.
