What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?+
Annual saves 25% and locks your rate for the term. Monthly bills only active seats each cycle, and deactivating a user frees that seat right away.
How does per-seat pricing actually work?+
One seat per person, not per machine — a desktop and laptop merge into a single timeline, and admins count once. No per-device fees on any plan.
What happens when I add seats mid-cycle?+
New seats are prorated from the day the machine's approved. Monthly bills them next cycle; annual invoices them at your discounted rate for the rest of the term. No reinstalling, no data migration.
Are there limits on tenants or departments?+
No department limit on any plan. Multiple tenants need Custom — Alpha and Alpha AI run one tenant with hard-isolated departments and their own app rules.
How long is my activity data retained?+
14 days on the trial, 1 month on Alpha, 12 months on Alpha AI. Custom sets its own retention — aggressive purging or indefinite, your call.
What do the support tiers include?+
Email support (next business day) on the trial and Alpha. Priority support and rollout guidance on Alpha AI. 24/7 premium support, a dedicated success manager, and quarterly reviews on Custom.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?+
Yes, on Custom — NET-30 invoicing, POs, and procurement paperwork included. Alpha and Alpha AI are card-only (no card needed for the trial).
Is there a free trial, and does it need a credit card?+
Yes — 14 days, up to 10 seats, no credit card. Deploy agents and explore the Workforce Dashboard, then pick a plan when you're ready.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime — upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically. Your agents, machines, and history carry over; it's a billing change, not a migration.
What happens if we cancel?+
You keep access through the paid period, then can bulk-uninstall agents and export your data before the retention window closes. No cancellation fees.
