Enterprise rollouts live or die on governance. Momentum brings SSO and SCIM, regional data residency, full audit trails, and multi-tenant org separation — with a success manager to get you live without the pushback.

// The challenge

What gets in the way

01
Governance gaps

Access, audit, and residency requirements rule out most monitoring tools before procurement starts.

02
Rollout risk

Org-wide rollouts fail when employee trust and change management are an afterthought.

03
Tool sprawl

Disconnected point tools mean no single, defensible view of the workforce.

How this plays out for enterprise

Scale breaks improvised monitoring

At a few hundred seats, the questions change. It's no longer "is Alex working?" — it's "which business units are under-covered, which device fleet is unmanaged, and who approved that agent install?" Point tools that worked for one team produce contradictory numbers across divisions, every subsidiary defines "productive" differently, and IT has no register of which machines are reporting, pending, or should have been decommissioned last quarter.

Governance is the product, not a feature

Momentum is multi-tenant from the ground up. Tenant Management creates isolated organizations per subsidiary or region and onboards each one by invitation email, with data hard-walled per tenant. The Machines module enforces a real device lifecycle — Pending, Approved, Rejected, remote uninstall, disabled login — and Logs capture Info and Error events across Daemon, Installer, Task Scheduler, and Upgrade for auditability and troubleshooting at fleet scale.

One defensible number set for the whole org

A month after rollout, leadership reads a single Workforce Dashboard per tenant, anchored by an Organization Health Score that rolls up productivity, attendance and compliance, security, and AI adoption: organization strength, average active desk time versus the expected desk hours set in General settings, expected-vs-actual trends, and top and lowest departments. Because Global App Rules plus department overrides encode each unit's definition of productive work, the comparisons survive scrutiny — from the board, from works councils, and from the employees who can see their own numbers.

The numbers that tell you it's working

Every one of these lives on the Momentum Workforce Dashboard — no exports, no spreadsheets. Set your workday, expected desk hours, and target productive hours in General settings, and watch the expected-vs-actual gap close week over week.

// The playbook

From install to insight in four moves

A proven rollout sequence using real Momentum modules — agents, machine approval, department app rules, and the dashboard.

01
Structure your tenants

Use Tenant Management to create a tenant per subsidiary or region and onboard each one by invitation email. Data stays isolated per tenant from day one.

02
Govern the device fleet

Deploy agents through your standard rollout, then run the Machines lifecycle: approve known hardware, reject the rest, disable login or remotely uninstall on offboarding, and enable auto-approval only for controlled waves.

03
Standardize, then delegate rules

Set Global App Rules centrally — Productive, Non-Productive, Unmarked — and let each Department override where their work differs. One policy spine, local nuance, zero spreadsheet debates.

04
Baseline before you judge

Configure workday hours, target productive hours, and productivity thresholds in General settings, collect thirty days of Timeline data, and only then set expectations from the expected-vs-actual trend.

// How Momentum helps

A clearer picture for enterprise

Momentum brings the signals that matter into one fair, real-time view — so leaders can act on evidence and teams can trust the numbers.

// Questions

Enterprise teams usually ask

How is data kept separate between subsidiaries?+

Each subsidiary or region runs as its own isolated tenant with its own settings, app rules, and machine register. Data never crosses tenant boundaries, so every unit's numbers stay within that unit.

Can business units have different productivity definitions?+

Yes. Global App Rules set the tenant-wide default and Departments override per unit — the same app can be Productive for HR and Non-Productive for Engineering, and dashboard scores respect the override.

How do we handle offboarding and lost devices?+

From the Machines module an Admin can disable agent login or remotely uninstall the agent. The device drops out of reporting immediately, and the action is visible in the machine register.

What operational logging exists for IT?+

The Logs module records Info and Error events across four sources — Daemon, Installer, Task Scheduler, and Upgrade — and Resource Usage tracks per-device CPU and memory, so fleet issues are diagnosable centrally.
