Built for the way your team actually works

Momentum adapts to your workforce and your industry — from distributed teams to enterprise rollouts to billable-hour agencies.

Start from how you're organised — or what you do

Every Momentum deployment runs on the same modules — agents, machine approval, department app rules, Timelines, and the Workforce Dashboard. The difference is the playbook. Choose the lens that matches your first question.

By workforce
“Where are my people, and are they okay?”

Remote, multi-site, or enterprise-scale: these playbooks lead with presence, coverage, and governance — time-zone-aware workday settings, the machine approval lifecycle, and self-visibility for every employee.

By industry
“Is the work we sell actually getting done?”

Agencies, software, consulting, and BPO: these playbooks lead with the value of an hour — department app rules that understand your toolchain, productive-time targets, and dashboards that turn utilization and adherence into managed numbers.

Every solution maps to real modules

These aren't marketing bundles — each playbook is a configuration of the same product. Here's how three of the core modules carry the load.

// Departments + app rules

One platform, a fair definition of productive for every team

Global App Rules classify every application as Productive, Non-Productive, or Unmarked — and Departments override them where the work differs. That's what lets one deployment serve an agency's Social pod, an engineering org, and a support floor without misjudging any of them.

// Timeline + activity

An honest record of every workday

The Timeline paints each day as a green-active / red-idle strip with a Time Summary of Productive, Non-Productive, and Unmarked hours, App Usage down to offline apps, and Input Statistics per app. The Activity view scores the day against your expected desk hours — the raw material for every solution playbook.

Whatever solution you start from, week two looks the same: leaders open the Workforce Dashboard and read the Organization Health Score — productivity, attendance and compliance, security, and AI adoption rolled into one number — alongside total members, present vs absent, organization strength, average active desk time, the expected-vs-actual trend, top performers, and department time distribution — then drill into any Timeline in one click.

// The method

Every rollout follows the same four moves

Whichever solution you pick, the deployment path is identical — and most teams complete it inside two weeks.

01
Deploy agents

Install the desktop agent across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Every machine lands in the approval queue — approve, reject, or auto-approve.

02
Set department rules

Classify apps Productive, Non-Productive, or Unmarked globally, then override per department — the same app can count differently for HR and Engineering.

03
Baseline 30 days

Set workday hours and target productive hours in General settings, then let Timelines and the expected-vs-actual trend establish your honest starting point.

04
Improve on evidence

Coach from the dashboard: top and lowest departments, most and least productive apps, and individual Timelines that make every one-on-one fair.

Common questions about solutions

What's the difference between workforce and industry solutions?+

Workforce solutions match how your people are organised — remote, multi-site, or enterprise-scale with governance needs. Industry solutions tune the same platform to how your vertical runs: billable hours for agencies and consulting, deep work for engineering, coverage and adherence for BPO. Same modules underneath, different playbook.

Do different teams need different setups?+

Mostly just different rules. Departments carry their own app productivity overrides on top of Global App Rules, and General settings define each tenant's workday, expected desk hours, and thresholds — so one deployment serves every team fairly.

Can one company use more than one solution?+

Almost everyone does. A consulting firm with remote staff is both. The solution pages describe playbooks, not product editions — every customer gets the full platform: agents, Machines, Departments, app rules, Timelines, and the Workforce Dashboard.

What do employees see?+

Their own data. Every employee can open their personal Timeline, App Usage, and productivity score — the same numbers their manager sees. That transparency is why rollouts stick.
