A complete operating picture of your workforce
Fourteen capability areas, one platform. Each built to turn raw activity into fair, actionable workforce intelligence.
From desktop to decision in four steps
One pipeline runs the whole platform: agents capture, rules classify, dashboards decide.
Know what's happening, the moment it happens
Live status across every seat — present, focused, idle, or needing attention. The master user grid shows every member with their agent status, so nothing slips through on a busy day.
Every workday, drawn as a strip you can read in seconds
The Timeline renders each day as green active and red idle blocks, backed by a Time Summary that splits hours into Productive, Non-Productive, and Unmarked — per your own rules. App Usage accounts for every application, offline apps included.
An Organization Health Score with visible arithmetic
Each person's Activity view shows start and finish time, active desk time against the expected hours you configured, and a productivity score built from their classified time. Roll it up with attendance, security posture, and AI adoption, and you get one Organization Health Score — a number anyone can trace back to its inputs.
Productive is whatever you say it is
Global App Rules classify every application as Productive, Non-Productive, or Unmarked — and department overrides let the same app count differently for design, engineering, and support. Time distribution follows your rules, not a vendor's opinion.
Interaction, counted — not guessed
Mouse clicks and keystrokes are captured and attributed per application, viewable as table, bar, or pie. Three hours of heavy keystrokes in an editor is a different day from three hours of window-open silence — input statistics tell them apart.
A machine fleet you run from the dashboard
Every device that installs the agent waits in the Machines queue — Pending, Approved, or Rejected — until you decide. Uninstall agents remotely, disable agent login, read Daemon and Upgrade logs, and watch per-device CPU and memory in Resource Usage.
Patterns you can act on, not just charts to admire
Expected-vs-actual trends measure the organisation against its own targets. Department comparison and time distribution — idle time included — show which teams are stretched and which have slack, weeks before it costs you a person.
Workforce intelligence that respects the people being measured
Aggregate-first reporting, configurable collection, audit trails, and regional data residency — SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR aligned.
The platform, answered
Do all features come with every plan?+
The full capability set — time and activity capture, timelines, app rules, machines, and the Workforce Dashboard — ships in the core platform. Multi-tenant management is aimed at organisations running several separate entities or clients.
How quickly do we see data after installing agents?+
The same day. Once a machine is approved (or auto-approved, if you enable it in General settings), its activity starts flowing into timelines and the dashboard immediately.
Who decides what counts as productive?+
You do. Admins classify apps as Productive, Non-Productive, or Unmarked in Global App Rules, and department-level overrides let the same app count differently per team.
Can employees see their own data?+
Yes. Every User can open their own Timeline, Activity view, and productivity score — the same record managers see, which is what keeps the system fair.
