A registration gate you control
Every machine that installs the agent lands in the Machines queue as Pending, where admins approve or reject it before a single data point counts. Organisations that prefer speed can turn on auto machine approval in General settings and let known-good devices flow straight through. Either way, the fleet contains exactly the machines you decided it should — nothing joins silently.
Fleet control without touching a desk
The Machines screen is a remote-control panel for the whole fleet. Uninstall an agent remotely when a laptop is retired or an employee departs; disable agent login to suspend capture on a device without removing anything. Every state — Pending, Approved, Rejected — is visible in one list, so offboarding and audits stop requiring physical access to hardware.
Logs that make problems boring
When something misbehaves, the Logs module shows Info and Error entries from every agent component — the Daemon, the Installer, the Task Scheduler, and the Upgrade process. A machine that stopped reporting, a failed update, an installation that never finished: each leaves a legible trail. Diagnosis happens from the dashboard, not from a screen-share with a frustrated user.
Footprint you can verify, not just trust
Resource Usage reports the agent's CPU and memory consumption per device, published in the same dashboard as everything else. When IT asks whether the monitoring software is slowing machines down, you answer with the actual numbers for the actual fleet. An agent that claims to be lightweight should prove it continuously — this one does.

How do new machines join the fleet?+
Installing the agent registers the machine as Pending. Admins approve or reject it in the Machines screen, or enable auto machine approval to admit devices automatically.
Can we remove an agent without touching the device?+
Yes. Remote uninstall removes the agent from the dashboard, and disable agent login suspends capture on a machine without uninstalling.
What do the agent logs cover?+
