Your whole organisation, on one screen
A real-time command center: headcount present, focus average, deep-work hours, top apps and sites, and the people who need attention — all live.
The team overview is where managers start their day. It rolls up every signal into the handful of numbers that matter, ranks the top applications and websites, and surfaces attendance and attention alerts so leaders see the real picture in seconds, not in a status meeting.
Built around team overview dashboard
Present headcount, average focus, and deep-work hours updated continuously across the org.

How team overview dashboard actually works
Not marketing abstractions — the real screens, rules, and signals that make up this part of the platform.
Five numbers that run the morning
The Workforce Dashboard opens on the KPIs that matter: total members, present and absent counts, organisation strength percentage, average active desk time, and average productive time. Together they answer the first questions of any day — who is here, how engaged is the organisation, and how does today compare to the standard we set — before the first meeting starts.
Expected versus actual, always in view
The centrepiece trend chart plots expected productive hours against what the organisation actually delivered. It is the single most honest chart in the product: targets come from your own General settings, actuals come from the agents, and the space between them is the management conversation. Widening gaps show up in days, not at quarter-end.
Departments and people, ranked
Below the KPIs, the dashboard ranks top performers and underperformers, highest and lowest departments, and the most and least productive applications. Department time distribution — including idle time — and side-by-side department comparison show where the hours really go. Praise and support both get routed to the right place, backed by the same numbers.
The master grid ends the mystery
Every member of the organisation appears in the master user grid with their agent status, so a silent seat is never invisible. From any row you can drill into that person's Activity and Timeline for the full story of their day — the same command centre, per organisation, with data fully separated per tenant.
