How much can partners earn?+
Referral partners earn 20% recurring commission for 24 months per customer. Solutions partners earn reseller margin plus a renewal share, with rates that improve as your registered volume grows.
Is there a cost to join the program?+
No. All three tiers are free to join. Solutions certification is included, and co-marketing funds are granted based on joint pipeline, not membership fees.
How does deal registration work?+
Register an opportunity in the partner portal and it is protected for 90 days — we will not sell direct into a registered account, and our deal desk supports your scoping, pricing, and security review.
Can we manage clients in our own console?+
Yes. Solutions partners get multi-tenant management: each client lives in an isolated tenant with its own departments, app rules, and admins, administered from a single partner view.
