Every corner of the workday, connected
Momentum's agents already see every app. Integrations add the context around that record — and deliver insight back into the tools each team lives in.
Roll focus time up against issues, sprints, and boards so planning work stays visible.
Push digests and attention alerts where your team already talks — and see meeting load in context.
Overlay scheduled events on captured desk time to expose the real meeting tax.
Pair commits, PRs, and pipelines with the deep-work conditions that produced them.
Make writing and knowledge work count as the productive time it is.
See rep and agent activity next to pipeline, tickets, and coverage expectations.
Sync leave and rosters so expected desk hours reflect who is actually available.
Turn thresholds, machine events, and daily rollups into automated workflows.
Measure the inbox honestly — capture mail-client time like any other app.
One rulebook for your whole stack
Every application the agent sees — connected or not — is classified Productive, Non-Productive, or Unmarked through Global App Rules. Per-department overrides let the same tool score differently by role: an IDE is Productive for Engineering, a CRM for Sales, and chat can stay neutral for makers. Classified time then drives productivity scores, active-vs-expected desk time, and the Workforce Dashboard, where productivity rolls up into the Organization Health Score alongside attendance, security, and AI adoption.
Don't see your tool? It's still tracked.
The agent captures and classifies every app on approved machines whether we list it or not. Tell us which connector would make the insight land better and we'll get it on the roadmap.
Integrations, answered
Do integrations change what the desktop agent captures?+
No. The Windows, macOS, and Linux agents always capture active window time, idle periods, app usage (including offline apps), and input counts. Integrations add context around that record — issues, meetings, tickets — and push insight out to the tools you already use.
How does app classification apply to integrated tools?+
Every app your team touches — integrated or not — is classified Productive, Non-Productive, or Unmarked through Global App Rules, with per-department overrides where roles disagree. Classified time then powers productivity scores, active-vs-expected desk time, and the Workforce Dashboard, where productivity is one pillar of the Organization Health Score alongside attendance, security, and AI adoption.
Who can configure integrations and app rules?+
Integrations, Global App Rules, and department overrides are managed by your tenant's administrators, while managers see their teams' resulting data and each employee sees their own Timeline and Activity.
What if a tool we rely on isn't listed?+
Unlisted apps are still fully tracked and classifiable by the agent — integrations are about context and delivery, not capture. For a first-class connector, request it below and we'll prioritise it on the roadmap.
