Does Momentum know when someone is in a meeting?+
The agent sees the active application — so time in a conferencing or calendar app is captured and classified. Momentum does not read event details; it measures the time signature meetings leave on the day.
How do expected desk hours interact with heavy meeting schedules?+
Expected desk hours are set in Settings per organisation. Active time in any tracked app — including meeting software marked Productive — counts toward the actual side of the expected-vs-actual comparison.
Can office start and end times differ from tracked hours?+
Yes. Office start/end and workday hours are separate settings, so the Timeline can show early or late activity outside official hours without it distorting attendance expectations.
