Momentum derives attendance from what actually happens — the desktop agent records when each person's day starts and finishes — so presence is a by-product of working rather than a ritual performed at a kiosk. The Workforce Dashboard rolls this into present and absent counts and an organisation strength percentage.

Every start time and active-desk-time figure is then read against that standard, so a 9:40 start means the same thing in every report. Late starts, short days, and quiet seats are visible as deviations from a rule you wrote — not as anyone's opinion.
